All prospective students are required to attend an Introduction Session first.

Phase 1: 24 Sessions of Fundamentals

Phase 2: Strategical Ideal with Step/Hit Tactical Emphasis (long) — 1st Year

Phase 3: Strategical Ideal with Evade/Hit Tactical Emphasis (mid) — 2nd Year

Phase 4: Strategical Ideal with Deflect/Hit Tactical Emphasis (close) — 3rd Year

Phase 5: Strategical Ideal with Trap/Hit & Grapple/Hit Emphasis (engage) — 4th Year

Advanced: Completion of all Stages, Complete Understanding & Mastery of the Strategical Ideal. — 5th Year

Thereafter: Total Integration of Supporting Tactics. Return to Simplicity and start the cycle again

Syllabus Content

In order to understand Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, we must first accept that our founder experienced “stages” of progression.

They are:

Traditional Wing Chun ➵ Jun Fan Gung Fu ➵ Jeet Kune Do

While I have foundation and expertise in all three stages, I specialize exclusively in teaching “Latter Stage” Jeet Kune Do.
